Does web billing unlock Pro in the mobile app?
Yes. A BiyoLabs Pro subscription purchased on the website is linked to your BiyoLabs account and unlocks Pro in the iOS and Android app with the same login — including protocol projects, premium tools, AI scanning, and unlimited AI colony counts on the web workspace and colony-counter.net.
How many projects are included on the free plan?
On the web workspace, Free includes up to 5 projects per tool, web lab tools, and 3 AI colony counts. Protocol builders are in the BiyoLabs mobile app (free tier: up to 2 protocol projects). Pro unlocks unlimited projects on web and in the app, unlimited AI colony counting, premium tools, AI protocol scanning, and full Pro with the same login.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Stripe customer portal whenever you like. You keep Pro until the end of your billing period, then your account moves to Free.
What happens to my projects if I downgrade?
Your projects stay. You keep access to everything you created. Pro-only tools and features lock until you upgrade again.
How does payment work?
We use Stripe for web subscriptions. You can pay by card; card data is handled by Stripe, not stored by us. Billing is monthly or yearly. At checkout you can optionally enter a billing address, business name, and tax ID so Stripe can issue invoices when you need them. You can also add or update billing details later in the Stripe customer portal from your account settings.
Can I subscribe through the app stores instead?
Yes. BiyoLabs Pro is also available via the App Store and Google Play through in-app purchase. Pick whichever billing method you prefer.
